CLOSES: Friday, November 12th at 7:45 PM


Please note:

On-site auction check out and pick up will occur after auction closing for winners who are in attendance of the event. Please visit check out before departing the event if you have won an auction item. 


If you choose to have your item mailed to you, a shipping fee will be charged post event if an in-person delivery or pick-up cannot be arranged. The amount will be dependent upon the item.


If you are not in attendance at the event on November 12, 2021, auction item pick up will take place at the American Cancer Society office at 2000 Town Center, Suite 1900, Southfield, MI 48075

Auction Rules:

  • Bidders will submit bids electronically through Greater Giving on a mobile device

  • Please observe bidding increments on your mobile device. Incorrect increments will be struck. 

  • Auction items should be picked up within 60 days from the American Cancer Society office at 2000 Town Center, Suite 1900, Southfield, MI 48075. Any shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser

  • Payment may be made with American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa. Checks may also be accepted at the event's on-site check out. 

  • All sales are final, and there will be no exchanges or refunds

  • All auction items are auctioned on an “as is” basis. Any description of auction items is for the sole purpose of identifying the items. Auction item donor and American Cancer Society disclaim any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the auction items

  • In the event of a dispute, the American Cancer Society shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder

  • Airline and trip arrangements are subject to availability and are to be agreed upon with the donors. Taxes and tips are not included, unless specifically noted

  • Group purchases are welcome; however, one person must be responsible for the bidding and payment

  • Unless otherwise specified, all gift certificates and services must be used by date indicated on certificate

  • Winners will be alerted via text message on their registered mobile device

  • A tax deduction for any items purchased in the auction is the amount in excess of the fair market value (FMV) that is stipulated

  • No bids on Silent Auction items will be accepted after the announcement of the auction closing
